Each one of us is a unique expression of divinity. Our different perspectives and experiences are important to share with others. That is how we learn from each other, reach conclusions, make decisions, and improve ourselves.

SOBA honors your freedom to choose how and when to communicate. You can choose to initiate and maintain your own Knowledge Transfer Group (KTG) in your specialty, join one already established, or both.

A clear description of each KTG, and short monthly updates, are needed to show all SOBA members that your group is available and ready for more participants.

Your participation and collaboration is what SOBA proudly shows, as this initiative sprouts and grows. Therefore, each message, question, doubt, clarification and response counts. We can grow together with SOBA.

Analyzing ikigai in a deeper level, we can acknowledge the importance of strengtening our vocation with consistent improvements. That improvement can be made with practice, study, or learning from others.

It is very important to recognize that we can profit not only with money. We can also benefit with pleasent memories or fair trades. And considering that "practice makes perfect" and that "to teach is to learn twice", practice and tutoring sessions are also profitable.
